Join us every Wednesday evening at Post Dispatch Lake in Forest Park for Golden Hour—a relaxed and welcoming paddle event created especially for adults 60 and up who love fresh air, good company, and a little adventure!
Whether you're a seasoned kayaker or brand new to the paddle scene, our team will get you comfortably set up and out on the water. We provide free kayak rentals and gentle guidance so you can simply show up and enjoy.
